Payment

If you have already paid for the seed, but a) the seed was not delivered shortly after that, or b) you received a reminder with the payment request, then please sent us the payment proof per email shop@betaseed.de.

Delivery

For prepayment condition: in January/February we will send you a prepayment request which should be paid within 14 days, the seed wil be delivered shortly after we receive payment
For invoice condition: Seed delivery starts in the February.

If your seedboxes were damaged during the delivery please contact us per email shop@betaseed.de. Please provide the order number and attach the pictures of the damage. After checking the damaged seed boxes will be replaced.

If you need to change the delivery address please fill in the form and provide the order number and the new delivery address. If the order was already forwarded to logistics, unfortunately, it is not possible to perform any further changes of the address.

The seed delivery starts in February and continuous until May.

BetaPoints

To see your BetaPoints amount, you should first log in to your BetaPoint account. On the top of the BetaPoint webpage, under your name, you will see the amount of active BetaPoints you have at the moment. You can redeem them for the rewards you want.

If a code does not work, it may be due to several reasons:
1. The code has expired
2. You accidentally double scanned or entered the code. At this point, please check your BetaPoint balance or your BetaPoint history on top of the BetaPoint webpage to see if the code's BetaPoints have already been collected
3. The code has already been collected by a third party
4. The code contains a technical error

If you are facing one of the last two cases, please provide us the alphanumeric number of the code per email and include the information about the error type you are facing.
If you are not facing any of these cases, contact us by email.

Unfortunately, if you did not keep the BetaPoint stickers you cannot collect BetaPoints.

No you cannot scan the QR code with your phone camera. In order to scan the QR codes, you need to download the Betaseed app and create an account or log in to the Betaseed account you already created on the website.
In the app itself there is a dedicated scanner page, with which you can capture your code easily and collect the BetaPoints on your account.

You can order BetaCare services with the BetaPoints that you collected via the stickers of every Betaseed units you bought the same year. BetaPoints collected in previous years cannot be redeemed for BetaCare services. Moreover, BetaCare services have a define order period from 01.02 until 15.06 and for BetaCare Resowing from 01.02 to 15.04. When the registration period is over you cannot order BetaCare anymore.

Yes, all unused collected BetaPoints will be deleted after 3 years.

BetaCare

BetaCare - RESOWING is a BetaPoint service that offers a €125 discount on Betaseed seed units in case you need to resow. We support you, even in difficult times! Sign up now for the BetaPoint reward program to take advantage of the BetaCare RESOWING reward - €125 resowing discount.

You can check how many Betaseed units you have ordered BetaCare for in your BetaPoint history.

On the website: log in to your Betaseed account, go to the BetaPoint page and click on "see my BetaPoint history" in the header. Here you will see all the last BetaPoint transactions you have made and thus the number of BetaCare units you ordered.

On the app: log in and click on your amount of BetaPoints on the top of the screen. A new page which contains your BetaPoint history is opening and you can see there what were your last BetaPoint transactions, and thus the number of BetaCare units you ordered.

First you need to order the BetaCare RESOWING reward in your Betaseed account during its order period [01.02. - 15.04.]. Then you need to fill in the subscription form that you can find in the BetaCare RESOWING reward description. We will then contact you to continue the process.

On each BTS unit, you can collect 1500 BetaPoints. You can redeem these 1500 either for one unit of BetaCare DROUGHT or for one unit of BetaCare RESOWING as the value of one unit of each BetaCare service is 1500 BetaPoints. You cannot order the 2 BetaCare services for the same unit. However you can choose to order BetaCare DROUGHT for a part of your units and BetaCare RESOWING for the other part of your units.

You can register for BetaCare RESOWING until 15.04. and for BetaCare DROUGHT until 15.06.

Our BetaCare services always refer to one seed unit. For each BTS unit on which you scanned the code, you collected 1500 BetaPoints. With these 1500 BetaPoints you can order one BetaCare DROUGHT unit or one BetaCare Resowing unit.

When ordering a BetaCare service, you have to indicate the number of units for which you want to order BetaCare.
With the order of one BetaCare (number = 1) you order BetaCare for only one BTS unit and not for all the Betaseed

At betapoint.com/betacare-drought you can track precipitation on a daily basis. To do this, simply select the respective weather station in the dropdown and see whether the blue line is above or below the red dashed line. Above means it has rained enough and thus there is no payout from the weather station. Below means dryness and there will be a payout.

The results of the precipitations which occurred during the assessment period (01/07 to 31/08) will be displayed on the 01.09 on the BetaCare webpage (betaseed.de/betacare-trockenheit), in the News webpage (betaseed.de/news) and on Facebook (Betaseed Deutschland). All BetaCare drought participants will also receive an email from us, which informs them about the results and the further procedure.

After the end of the assessment period (01.07. - 31.08. of a year) you will receive an email from us. This will inform you about which weather stations suffered from drought during the summer. All the farmers that were registered in these weather stations will receive the BetaCare Drought pay out.

If you are supposed to receive the payout, you will receive a letter or an email from us in which we will request the bank data for the transfer of the related amount. As soon as we receive the bank data, the transfer will be made within 14 days. If you have any further questions, please contact us via e-mail.

Premiums

It is easy to check if your reward order was successful.

On the website: log in to your Betaseed account, go on the BetaPoint page and click on "see my BetaPoint history" in the header. Here you will see all the BetaPoint transactions you have made. There you can see if the reward order you made is saved in the history of transactions. If yes, your order is taken into account. If not, your order was not taken into account, you can recreate the same order.

On the app: log in as well and click on your amount of BetaPoints on the top of the screen. A new page which contains your BetaPoint history is opening and you can see there what were your last BetaPoint transactions. There you can see if the reward order you made is saved in the history of transactions. If yes, your order is taken into account. If not, your order was not taken into account, you can recreate the same order

Of course, we want you to feel comfortable in your new Betaseed clothes. Feel free to tell us what would be your favorite size by email. We will let you know to which address the item should be returned. Please understand that we cannot cover the postage costs incurred to them.

Of course, please email us a photo and we will take care of the replacement.

For logistic reasons, we send out the rewards once a week. Therefore, the delivery time can vary between two customers. If the reward has not arrived 10 days after the order, please contact us by email.

Unfortunately, for technical reasons, it is currently only possible to participate in our BetaPoint rewards program with an e-mail address.

If your e-mail address is already used, there are usually two options:
1. You have already registered with BetaPoint before and created an account with this email address. Then please go to "Forgot your password?" and follow the instructions.
2. You have already created an account at SKY TOOLS with our distribution partner Agromais. Then please use this e-mail address and related password for our reward program BetaPoint.

In general, you should receive a password reset email within a few minutes. If this is not the case, please check your spam or other possible folders in your mailbox. If you still did not find the email, please try to reset the password again. Absolutely. To do this, you must first log in with your old e-mail address and password. In the taskbar you will find your name, below it click on "Profile" and go to "Change e-mail"
